I cannot check when my subscription expires on my 360 dashboard.

Hi.

I cannot check when my subscription expires on my 360 dashboard. I scroll along to Settings > Account > Your Memberships > Xbox Live Gold and I get the following cryptic message:

"This payment option can't be used for this purchase. Please select a different payment option or add a new one".

I have my debit card registered on my son and daughters consoles and neither of them can order anything. Mind, that doesn't stop funds being debited from my account. As you have taken the money but no Simpsons skin pack to be found anywhere.

The billing process has been flaky for a while and I'm getting a bit sick of it now.

Oh, and my bank account is fine BTW. No blocks or anything, I have spoken to an adviser (and yes, there is plenty money in there).

Help me with my subscription

On the 16th of this month I enter a gold subscription for 3 months but today when I enter my X-box 360 it marks me that I need a subscription, check and mark me that expires in September, What can I do?

 

Game Pass Box on Xbox One Dashboard

A couple of days ago a box appeared on my Xbox One dashboard saying to renew my Game Pass subscription because it would expire in less than 7 days.

Today that box says I have 3 days left on my Game Pass subscription.

Problem is...my subscription doesn't expire until 8/30/2018.

Any ideas or just let it run its course?

As for the payment method, although sometimes debit cards can be used they can sometimes be iffy. What I would recommend is create a paypal account and add that as your payment method then remove the debit card to see if that works any better.

 

Hi. Ah, right. I've had PayPal for years and I have that set up as well. I'll try removing the debit card option and see how that goes. But what about the Minecraft skin pack I've bought and not received? That was via my debit card.

One last, rather foolish, question. Date format on my subscription via that link says 3/5/2015. Now is that 3rd May or 5th March?

 

Now I'm getting the 80153021 error on my son's console.

Not really. Closer to an answer though. I'm in the UK and the contact information doesn't display for me for some reason. How about the date format for my live expiration? I'm guessing it is US so that would make it 5th March?

 

I'm showing 2015 - 11 - 27 so that would be Nov. 27 of this year.
