    Title says it all. I am trying to change my Gamertag on Xbox but all I get is the error "App-MissingPrerequisites clrfszx5RaunACp9jYGCsE.0.1" It tells me to try again later but I have already waited more than 30 minutes to try again when I did. I live in the Philippines, and set my region appropriately. My billing address is the same as my region but I cannot seem to purchase the ability to change my gamertag. This does not happen when I switch my region to the United States, but since I have no billing address there, I cannot make a purchase using the USA as my region. Am I still able to change my gamertag in the Philippines or is it region locked?

    Cannot pay to change gamertag.

    I am from Philippines. Using my partner's card from Malaysia.

    Still, they wont take the money to change my gamertag.

    Even after making the card, region, and store region match.

    In changing a Gamertag the physical location, account region, and payment method need to all match. Currently, your region is not yet supported on Xbox Live which may be causing the issue since your Xbox profile region can't be changed to the Philippines since it's not yet an available option.

    I wanted to buy the change gamertag fee but I can't because the billing address country is grayed out in USA

    I followed the instructions but in the 'Country or region' section I'm already in the Philippines. I just added my city and postal code.

    Tried changing my gamertag again but it's still on USA and it's still grayed out.

    You are getting that code because the content is not available in your region.

    Changing regions may effect some of your previous purchases as Xbox Live is not currently supported in the Philippines.
