    I cannot change my Xbox gamerpic on the Xbox companion app on my computer.


    I have been trying for three days to try and upload a custom gamerpic, with no success. The only message I get is "Sorry, we can't upload this image right now. Try again in a little while." For reference this is the Picture I'd like to change my gamerpic

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I tried to change my Gamerpic using an Xbox Console Companion just to check if it's an issue with the app and on my end, it works just fine. This means that we just need to perform troubleshooting steps.

    Kindly repair and reset the Xbox Console Companion by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for Xbox Console Companion > Advanced Options > Reset > Repair.

    You can also manage your Gamerpic by using an Xbox app on your mobile device.
