I cannot cancel my subscription

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to cancel a subscription that is currently past due on your account.

Initially, the intention was to have users control their subscription by having the ability to turn on or off automatic renewal. If you get charged, and are unable to pay, your subscription is not suspended automatically, there is usually a small grace period
that varies based on the length of the subscription.

If you cannot pay your subscription at this state, then it is suspended, and you would have to settle that balance first before you can use it again. I can't say with certainty how long it can take before it is written off, or even if it will be written
off.

In this instance, I would implore you to
Contact Xbox Customer Support, as they would be much better equipped to get you back to gaming as quickly as possible.

I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

Overdue balance can only be paid via credit card/Paypal. You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Hello debbywebby19702022, if you accessed the link below and went to Services and Subscriptions, and no active subscription sappeared, it means that there is another account to which your card is added and has a subscription.

If you cannot find the account that has the active subscription, the ideal would be to contact your financial entity and request the cancellation of the card.

I cannot open "Wordgame" since I subscribed for 1 month .....just cancel my subscription!

   5. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
