I CANNOT CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION TO XBL GOLD !

Hi, please help me im getting mad i want to throw my xbox by the window..

I wanted to cancel the automatic renewal of my subscribing, but my security information didnt work because i changed my phone number, so i had to give a new security mail adress to receive the code, but now it tells me i have to wait 1 MONTH before i can
reconnect but if i do wait 1 month i will be charged again this is just OUTRAGEOUS, how can i cancel my subscription NOW ?? if you charge my credit card i will make opposition and am ready to go to trial, the way you manage things is very wrong and innapropriate..

I assume you mean delete your Xbox LIVE account? Unfortunately you cannot delete an account. It doesn't look like your account you're posting this on is Gold, so if you want to cancel another Gold subscription, you can go here:support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

Unfortunately, you cannot delete an account completely. You can just stop using it, but it won't be deleted. From the looks of it, you're not an Xbox LIVE Gold Member, so you won't need to cancel a subscription, but if you need to cancel a subscription to
another account, you can visit this link:

It's easy call support they can do it over the phone

 

You should still be able to connect to live. If you want to turn off auto renewal you can call support and they can do that for you. It's really easy!

to wait out the 30 days for your security info to update. If you live in the US, you can contact them at 1-800-4-MY-XBOX (1-800-469-9269), between 9am and 1am EST, 7 days a week. Normally, when you security info is up-to-date, you can mark your computer
as a device from which you sign in frequently, so it won't ask for codes for that stuff, and you can turn auto-renew on and off at your leisure.

HI its me AGAIN, its been 3 month now and i stil CANT *** cancel the autorenewal because its still waiting for my security phone numer to be confirmed and trhe number is still wrong, I JUST GOT CRAZY HOW A COMPANY LIKE MICROSOFT CAN DO SUCH A SCAM ON PPLE
!?!?! and now it says the microsoft support is unavailable, its such a shame how you guys are acting ! i just want to cancel it THATS ALL, IS IT ILLEGAL ??? how can i contact the support from switzerland ?? is it impossible ??

iam so disapointed about the suppoort, i never buy a xbox again.
