    I cannot buy Xbox live gold because it doesn't have my country in it if I write my country on the address line and then go to state and i don't have a state so i cannot buy it. please fix it

    Bought gold membership for a year and every time I go to play live it tells me I need to purchase a

    purchased gold live and still cannot play live. Prompts me to buy gold live! I did buy it!!

    ugrent ! xbox one gold

    Hi, All

    I have been buy xbox live gold at July-3-2016, and I received Microsoft billing mail. But untill now, on my xbox one, it still request me to buy xbox live gold, also, i still cannot play xbox live gold games.

    How to resolve this issue?

    You should first verify that your home country is included in this list: Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

    If it is not, then Xbox Live is not supported there. If it is, make sure that your Microsoft account address is correct by signing on at https://account.microsoft.com
    and going to "Your info". Make sure your country is set correctly to where you are.

    Xbox Error 8c15009, Xbox Gold Live not working.

    It tells me I have error 8C15009. Sorry their is a problem with Xbox Service try again latter. "Been trying for about 2 Weeks, Patience gone"

    Cannot download from Xbox gold live. Cannot play games that require Xbox Gold Live, Ask me to buy Xbox gold live when I have a 12 Month paid subscription. Cannot enter manage membership. Cannot enter redeem code. Cannot enter Purchase history.

    It will connect to Xbox live just not Xbox Gold.

    To put it simply my Xbox 360 cannot use the 4 months of Xbox gold live I have in my account.

    When I use a PC I can enter the account and all features and it shows I have 4 months of Xbox gold live to go.

    Everything worked fine until a couple of weeks ago.

    As I mentioned Xbox support cannot fix it.

    No, to get an Xbox LIVE Gold subscription on another account you will have to buy another Gold subscription, you cannot transfer Gold from one account to another.

    you cannot use your microsoft account currency to buy xbox live gold memberships.

    You either need to enter a 25 character xbox live gold card that you have purchased or use a credit/debit card on your account to buy the membership directly.
