Discus and support I cannot buy in the store in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cannot process a purchase on the store, my NAT is open. Cannot do It on the console, app or pc.     I cannot process a purchase on the store, my NAT is open. Cannot do It on the console, app or pc. I can Download free stuff but nothing that requires a payment. Im not able even to select form of payment ot just goes unresponsive and then an error about
    the Internet connection

    Help!!! The Microsoft support could not do anything

    Hi Xgoan,

    There are two main reasons to why there may be difficulties purchasing Xbox 360 Backwards compatible content for your Xbox One.

    1) If you're trying to purchase the content with your Microsoft Account Credit it would only allow you to do so from an Xbox 360.

    2) If the account is a 'Child' account it would also block certain 360 content purchases to process out.

    Tried: Samsung Browser, Android Xbox app, Google Chrome, Firefox, Xbox Store, Edge in Xbox, some of them with and without private mode.

    No luck.

    We just announced an outage for Purchase and Content usage. Please check our
    Xbox Live Status    .

    As for the Xbox 360 Backward Compatible Games, if the purchase still does not go through after the service is up and running, please visit:

    Xbox One backward compatibility FAQ    . This link talks about everything having to do with Backward Compatible Games including troubleshooting.

    Today I bought a dlc for a xbox one without any problem. It only happens with games with retro compatible games.
