Discus and support I cannot buy games with my microsoft account balance in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; It looks like i cannot buy any games on my xbox or anywhere else i have microsoft account balance and more than enought for the game i want to buy but...     I cannot buy games with my microsoft account balance


    It looks like i cannot buy any games on my xbox or anywhere else i have microsoft account balance and more than enought for the game i want to buy but it doesnt let me It doesnt let me buy with my microsoft balance i searched the internet for fixes but nothing so far worked i dont know what to do anymore Please help.

    One question that was missed and important what game.or system are you buying it on

    If bc titles like.Xbox 360.and purchasing on a Xbox one you can't use the balance

    Lithuana is not a supported country for Xbox. You can see the list of supported countries at:

    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions

    Since you live on an unsupported country, you can experience issues while purchasing or downloading content. Also, using a VPN to try to bypass region restrictions is against the Terms of Service and may cause you to get banned.

    Are you trying to buy One games or backwards compatible games? The Microsoft account balance cannot be used to purchase backwards compatible content on the One.
