I cannot buy 1 month xbox live gold.

I've searched everywhere and I can't find any answers to my problem, and it's absolutely agitating. I'm out of gold and I want to buy a 1 month gold membership, and it won't let me. I have made sure in every way that it couldn't be a problem with my card.

. Whenever I go to account management and click on the month it won't allow me to progress to the buying part and says the typical there's a problem with the xbox service blah blah. The status code I was given was 80190128. Not sure if that's important.
Also when I can get to the buying page it won't allow me even then to buy 1 month gold. This has been going on for several days now.

Yesterday I saw a sale for xbox live gold subscription that it said 3 different sales for me to choose.

1. Buy xbox live gold for 1 month and we'll give you 50% off

2. Buy xbox live gold for 3 months and we'll give you a month free

3. Buy xbox live gold for a year and we'll send you Rainbow Six Siege

I bought xbox live gold 12 month and the thing is that I still do not have the game. I don't know if I have to wait a couple of days to them to send me the game code or I have to do something apart from buying the gold subscription.

 

I tried the solutions from the status code and they didn't work.

Welcome to the forums,

Since you have tried the solution in the support Article regarding the error code. I will think out of the box as if to speak.

I will give you too solutions to try and fix the issue. Hopefully they will work.

Solution One: Could you try deleting, only the profile from your Xbox 360. You can do this by,

1. Going to your Xbox 360

2. Skipping the sign in

3. Scrolling right to the Settings Page

4. Selecting System Settings

5. Select Storage/ Memory

6. Select the Storage device your profile is installed onto

7. Sellect Delete profile only.

Then after you have done this, proceed to the storage device again. Then

1. Hover over the Storage Device

2. Press Y for more options

3. Select Clear System Cache.

After you have done this, please open your guid then download your Profile back to your Xbox 360, and try again. You are showing as a Silver member so you should be able yo buy Gold Membership.

For your Browser. Could you head into your Browser settings, select clear coche. Then restart your browser and try again through the Website

Alternatively, you could try using a different browser and see if that helps.

Might be worth giving support a ring to see if there's any kind of block on your account.

 

Help. I can not buy gold status on the xbox one. click to buy 1 month, starts downloading the (compound) is thrown off a minute and returns to the previous page. I tried with the site, after selecting the button for 1 month later (continued) nothing happens.
Did the reset did not help.
