I cannot be heard in party chat after a suspension

Hello it has been 5 days since i was un suspended and i still cannot be heard in party chat or game chat no one has replied to my last post or messages so can someone please fix this issue ASAP. ive done all the trouble shooting methods nothing works so
can you please help me out !!!!!

I cannot be heard in party chat

A few days ago I found out that my mic wasn’t picking up my voice or noises for that matter but I can hear every one in the party chat and gameplay. No it wasnt muted and I did not mute myself or the party. I tried a different pair of earphones and same
thing, nothing. I tried my custom controller and also with a different pair, nothing. I checked for possible updates for the controllers, nothing. I double checked for a recent console update, it’s still up to date. I open up the Xbox app on my phone and start
a party on there and I can easily be heard. What’s going on? Is this a bug with controllers or maybe consoles? Mind you I got the $40, at the time, Xbox one head set with the adapter. I barely had them for about a year or so and the pad covers came untucked
on the inside is the best way to put it. I expected better quailty being it’s an officially licensed Xbox product. But although it’s a nice feature, I need to figure out what the fix is because having the Xbox app open or even on in the background does significantly
shorten my phones battery life.
