    i cannot appeal my two suspensions even though i have completed and passed questionnaires


    i cannot appeal my two suspensions even though i have completed and passed the questionnaires on both pc and phones to see an error page and when i head back to case history and Enforcement and Activity History, it still says apply for review and that im
    not able to enter the questionaire or get a case review anymore.

    this system is broken as i am banned from overwatch for being trolled, harrased on mic but message wise i know what im saying and act very carefully on what i say, even on mic, someone says something racist, they get no punishment, i get punished for telling
    a player to not troll and to not play competitive overwatch if your going to troll, i am disgusted that i cannot apply for a case review, lift my suspensions before the end and before the start of season 3 comp, i cant even try out sombra or have other accounts
    use it, i am disgusted for being suspended for defending myself, not act as microsoft, do what other players do and dont receive bans for, xbox please help, lift my suspensions and review them thoughtfully, not quickly

    thank you and stop this false report harassment, this is 5 times now

  2. I have restrictions on my account till 29th of October and tried to appeal the case but

    I have restrictions on my account till 29th of October and tried to appeal the case but the website gave me the "Uh oh... that should not have happened. It appears you have found a glitch in the system. Please try again later." and that was after I took
    the enforcement questionnaire "test". I tried on two different laptops, three different web browsers and two different internet connection with the same result.

    The restriction takes away from me the ability to speak in chat and not able to message anyone even my friends and that's till the 29th of the month and I can't even appeal the case for review or discussion or anything for the matter.

    Console ban with no notification and isn't in my enforcement history?

    I have a console ban that I can't appeal or even know why it was given. Wasted my time with 3 different people in support over the last two days (2 told me I had no suspensions at all) and can't use a service I pay for.

  5. XBLPET does not monitor the forums to address the grievances of affected users, so absolutely nobody here on the forums can help you whatsoever with your suspension. This also includes the moderators and ambassadors.

    Your reputation shows as "Needs Work". I believe they'll put you through a questionnaire to review the Code of Conduct when your reputation takes a dive, but that will not help fix your reputation level or suspension (reputation is not necessarily tied to
    enforcement actions).

    A "case review" may or may not be available to submit, depending on the type of suspension. Even then, they aren't really "appeals". The Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team (XBLPET) are generally firm on their decisions to take action on your account when
    necessary, and the end result of those case reviews are to just tell you exactly
    why they suspended you. Very rarely, if ever, will they reverse a suspension after a case review.

    Once there, you will be given the option to appeal through a case review after completing a short questionnaire.
