I cannot add Earth Defense Force 2025 to my library

Good day everyone,

I am from Spain and I cannot add Earth Defense Force 2025 to my library (Games with Gold) Everyone here in Spain has the same problem. Is anyone going to solve this before the time for adding it to your library expires?

contact Xbox Support by requesting a call or chat directly to do so.

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 2 : Select a Category, then See other options
Step 3 : Select your Issue/Topic
- Select - Show contact options
- Select – Call me back or chat with Xbox Support

If you do not see the selection that you wish to use for contact, then switch topics until it becomes available as they do change from time to time.

Sounds like a localized issue. This has happened to me before with certain games with gold titles, they always seem to eventually fix it so I'd just be patient. If it's a problem with everyone in your area then they defintely know about it and will work
it out. Microsoft / Xbox is great when it comes to issues like these.

You should be able to get it from the link. When you have done that, then it should show up in your Xbox One ready to install or automatically download to your Xbox 360 when turned on.

it is working properly for everyone and expect a solution sooner rather than later.

If you haven't already done so, we also recommend that you
contact Xbox Support by requesting a call back or chat so that you can report the issue for your region, including any troubleshooting or error messages you're receiving.
This will really help out the team working to get the game to you and any information is welcome as it will help speed the effort along.
