I cannot activate my code for 3 month Groove pass

Discus and support I cannot activate my code for 3 month Groove pass in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I was told by XBox Customer Support to post on this forum to get a non-functioning code replaced.     I cannot activate my code for 3 month Groove pass


    I was told by XBox Customer Support to post on this forum to get a non-functioning code replaced. I'm confused on how to do that if not to post the question here and hopefully have someone help me. I received a 3-month trial code for Groove which WILL NOT
    work. Can anyone help me with this code?

    Alex: Alrighty so we're going to do two things. We will want to try redeeming this code tonight on your home computer through the same app. If it does not work. We would want to post on the promotion
    forums for a new code instead. Let me get you that link for you real quick.

    Alex: Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. Here you go! This is where we go to get replacement codes when certain codes from promotions don't work. They would need you
    to be signed into your account to verify your gamertag and then after it is verified they can send out another code after deactivating the first one.

    I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
    to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.
