    I cannot access the Spring Sales 2017


    Hi, since yesterday I've been trying to access the Spring Sales 2017 on my Xbox One on the Xbox Store and everytime I get an error telling me to wait a moment and try again later and it also says the problem is coming from your side (Xbox/Microsoft). What
    is going on?

    Xbox Live status page
    . Have you tried to restart your console as well as internet modem and router to see if that helps?

    Yes, I tried all sort of things, it never worked. Could it be due to my account being in the Xbox Update Preview Program? I managed to buy the game on sales I wanted by using the Xbox Store on the website instead of my console.

  6. Hard to say, it sounds more network related, but let's take a quick look at that to narrow down.

    Run a Detailed Network Statistics test on the Xbox One console and please provide the following information.

    • Download Speed
    • Upload Speed
    • Latency
    • Packet Loss %
    • Wireless Strength (if applicable)
    • Modem Manufacturer
    • Router Manufacturer (if being used) as well as the model number
    • NAT Type

    That information will help us determine the next best steps. Thanks!

    Latency: 50 ms

    Packet Loss: 0%

    Wireless Strength: 77%

    Modem Manufacturer: Arris

    Router Manufacturer: ZyXEL

    Router Model Number: EMG2926-Q10A

    NAT Type: Moderate

    I already got some problems before with my NAT, it would randomly switch to strict and switch again to moderate. I don't know why and I never understood how to open the NAT setting.

    It looks like you're using a wireless connection right now, what happens if you try a wired connection? Do you see a similar issue when trying to make the purchases on Xbox.com as well?

    I am not having any trouble right now for purchasing on my console, the problem was during the Spring Sales, it would tell me there is an error and I could not see any of the deal when trying to access them. I finally managed to buy some games on sales during
    the Spring Sales by using the xbox.com website. I am unable to try a wired connection for now, I don't have any wire long enough to connect my modem to my console.
