Cannot Access Preview Forums

Hi, i am part of the preview program however i cannot access the forums it gives me a message saying group not found.

Please help

I have been in the Xbox preview program since 7th June, I still cannot access the preview forums, can you help

If you are a member of the preview program you should have it automatically. If you find that you don't An Official Support person from the forums should be able to verify that you are and give you access. They typically look at these forums so it shouldn't
take to long.

 

this is confusing what do ii have to do

 

When you go to Results in Xbox - Microsoft Community you should see an Early Access option at the top if you are a part of the Preview Program, click on that. If you dont have the access and are a member you will need
to wait for an Official Support moderator to see this post, verify your participation, and then give you access. Usually they are pretty quick about it.

Then you will need to wait for an Official Support Moderator to verify participation and give you access. Do you have the Preview Dashboard on your Xbox One?

Looks like you haven't been accepted into the preview program yet. If you have been invited to the Preview Program, you will need to wait for an Xbox Live message for the next steps. Keep in mind that being invited does not guarantee acceptance.
