I cannot access anything on my dashboard.

I am having trouble accessing the left menu tab on my Xbox one containing friends, party, settings, messages, etc. I also cannot access the "My Games and Apps" tab on the Xbox one homepage for I do I get error cod 0x80040153 witch when searched on xbox.com/errorhelp
does not exist apparently. The menu thats suppost to pop up when you press the start button on my controller, does not come up making it impossible for me to access settings. I can not even sign myself out. Any answers to these problems would be greatly appreciated

Cannot start my Console Dashboard or access anything

So my console doesn't let me do anything, but show me an error telling me:

"Something went wrong

Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x80070490 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. You might find help for your task here on Xbox. From Home, press the menu button on your controller, then choose Help."

I can't access the home dasboard, any games, or anything at all. I am part of the Insider Program and I believe it should be the problem causing that my xbox won't let me do anything at all. I do think that one of the update previews for the console would
be the cause of this. I already send a request to let me out of the preview.

Being disconnected from Live when I go to play a game online

I can access Xbox Live at my dashboard, except for my apps, games online, or anything like it. Usually just testing my connection fixes my problem. The past today's however I still cannot access my games online. Can someone give me some assistance on how
I can get back to playing my games with friends. (Note: I am on the new slim hardwired with turbo-boosted Comcast/Xfinity internet provider)

 

Same here. I cant access anything at all. I talked to a rep and they couldn't find anything on it either. Its so frustrating. It has to be a bug of some sort in the windows 10 update for the xbox. Hopefully someone stumbles along this thread and addresses
this problem immediately.

 

I am having the same exact issue. i cant access anything. i get the same error code, cant get to my setting, friends, games and apps, cant even open up black ops 3. this needs fixed asap.my xbox is a vegetable until then.
