    I cancelled my Xbox order but you still shipped it


    Hello,

    I ordered an XBox yesterday and then was told that the other grandparents already purchased one for the grandkids. I called within 10 minutes of placing the order and the tech walked me through logging into my Account-->Order History and clicking Cancel order. The order was cancelled, however, I received notice that the order is shipped. I would like for the order to be cancelled.

    Typically at most e-retailers you have 15-20 minutes to cancel before your order is sent for fulfillment. Likely it was packaged and put on the dock before you cancelled

    You would have to contact customer service the same way you did yesterday to ensure that it gets cancelled. That's not something we can do through the forums.

    I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

    I'm in the same boat. The MS store still hasn't shipped my copy of the MCC yet, even though I pre-ordered it. Hopefully they ship our bundles soon, I have some anxiety about whether they will cancel our orders or actually fulfill them. Let us hope for the
    latter.

    Yeah I was confused about this, I pre-ordered in September, when I go to my orders page it doesn't have a ship date, saw on the site that new orders ship on 11/30. Hope mine ships on 11/7 or else I'm cancelling
