    I can watch no videos or netflix on my xbox one


    Since two day im not able to watch any videos from microsoft edge( i use pelispedia to watch new movies ) and i try to watch netflix but no video is running at all. I try to erases history but it gave me an error when i try to erase cookies and data from
    the web, WHAT SHOULD I DO ???

    All the services for Xbox Live are currently active. The apps will sometimes have different help centers. Theres a troubleshooting page for netflix here:

    If you cannot find an answer here i would recommend contacting Netflix here:

    You may also want to try a Power Cycle on your console if haven’t already. Just hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds and unplug the power from the back of the console for 10 seconds and then try restarting.

    I had this issue in the past and called Microsoft support. I personally called them at 1-800-4my-xbox and they helped me fixed it.
