1.When I want to play online, it does not leave me and it turns out that I have to have gold but since I have it activated they can help me solve this problem.

I bought a copy in the store, but, I can´t play online an my other friends can play online with se same game, i need help.

I would suggest trying a power cycle. You can perform this by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off and then unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds. Once that is done plug it in and fire it up, hopefully that solves the problem.
