I can 't connect to my minecraft xbox world on my pc but I could previously

Previously, if I wanted to join my xbox world on pc, I just had to go to the friends section and my xbox gametag would show up under "Joinable Friends" for some reason now every time I go on my pc and try to join my minecraft world on xbox, my gamertag
shows up under "LAN games" and when I connect to the world, I lag out after 30 seconds every single time. I tried reinstalling minecraft on both platforms, I restarted my computer and xbox, I even tried joining it on another account but it still did the same
thing. This problem does not occur when I join people on my xbox friends list on my pc. I can connect just fine to their worlds, but for some reason I can't connect to my own. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Normal world. It always worked before. Something changed and I’m not sure what.
