    Usually the only reason you would get that message is if the game is not available in your region. Since Slovakia is a supported region anything that shows on your console should download. As far as the website, you may want to double check your region in
    the bottom left hand corner of the screen to make sure it's set to the correct region

    Otherwise, I would suggest contacting support.

    Microsoft sould keep both system on the market because xbox one can`t play xbox 360 games and still sell xbox 360 to everyone then cut xbox live in two years not right do that
