I can sign in on my Xbox One just fine, but not my Xbox 360 at all

When the whole outage happened two days ago, I was playing my Xbox 360 and got kicked off. Naturally I have tried going into my Xbox One and could not. But after everything was reported resolved and I could go back online, my 360 console was just having an issue connecting to Xbox live. I even am hard-wired and still won't log in. I tried the wi-fi adaptor and I still could not get on. So I moved my profile to a flash drive to back it up and attempted to download my gamer tag on my console directly, and with everything correct to my knowledge. And the error said there was a problem validating my credentials. So I decided to try the same thing of removing my profile from my Xbox One entirely and re-entering information. It was a hassle-free process. I have Xbox live, I can talk to friends, etc. When I tried a backwards compatible game on the One to where I tried to log into Xbox live it said there was an error and I need to troubleshoot my connection and when it took me to the Xbox One network settings, being hard-wired, I was completely connected. I tried with another profile available on the console to test a backwards compatible connection to Xbox live and everything connected just fine. Its just with my profile I use, there is a connectivity issue in getting on Xbox live on the 360 and backwards compatible.

If anyone has any possible suggestions, I really appreciate it, otherwise I may need to call Xbox Support for this one, because this is an oddity that is for sure.
