    This started happening once I put in my first ever game disc into this Xbox to be downloaded. I'm signed in, but I can't use any app. I've tried the 10 sec power cycle and it didn't work. When I go to "games and apps" it says connect to Xbox live. Nothing
    is wrong with my internet connection, but I still can't connect. Any ideas?I can sign in but not access anything. :(

    A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable.

    I'm either unable to sign in, update required but not available or I can sign in but get the 8015000a code and unable to access anything. This is unacceptable,. I just renewed my Live subscription after a 6 month hiatus and will be canceling it for good
    as this is no use at all to me.

    we pay approx 16 cents per day for live, and people want a refund for 3 hours of downtime, things happen out of the blue, it is technology it breaks.
