    I can remote play using cellular or other wifi networks


    Hi, I was trying to remote play using cellular data outside my house and it's not working, I tried opening the ports( I saw a post on it) I reset my Xbox, reinstalling the Xbox app, and all the setting are good(the only thing that is telling me that I have more then 50ms, I have around 60-70 which is not a big deal) I tried talking with the mobile company and they said they didn't know. Also if I'm right next to my Xbox series s and using mobile data and it's not working and saying "we found your console but can't connect) please help

    That would be an option if you've tried all of the troubleshooting steps but none of them are working. If you have a different internet connection, you may also use that such as a mobile hotspot just to eliminate any issues from your internet service. However, the chances are low since you're in an Open NAT.

    Is your Xbox connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable? Some of the users fixed this by turning off their remote play, restarting their console and turning it on again. Please see if this will work on your case.

    I did all of that, on my home wifi it is working, but on mobile data and other homes wifi it didn't

    Alr I'll try that, should I also try to unsubscribe from the Xbox insider and trying on normal updates, not on beta?

    Thank you for the update. All of the required settings are configured, your console is up to date using the beta update and your NAT is Open. At this point, I would recommend that you try to reset your console, keeping your games and apps. Please follow the steps accordingly to access it:

    1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

    2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

    3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

    4. Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

    Note: The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an EJECT button. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on this console by holding only the BIND button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .

    5. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

    6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

    When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".

    If this does not resolve your issue, I would recommend that you submit a feedback to Team Xbox as I would believe that this is a bug from coming from the beta update. Here are the steps:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button

    2. Select Report a problem

    3. Choose the most appropriate category and subcategory from each dropdown
