I can receive messages on Xbox One, but CANNOT send them

Discus and support I can receive messages on Xbox One, but CANNOT send them in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; For some reason, one of my profiles isn't permitted to send messages on xbox live.     I can receive messages on Xbox One, but CANNOT send them


    For some reason, one of my profiles isn't permitted to send messages on xbox live. I haven't gotten any emails saying I've been suspended or warned for anything, and messaging works fine on all of my other profiles.

    I tried chatting with MS Support, and after hearing my problem, they told me to post it here.

    Thanks for any help anybody can give.

    Messages cant send or delete

    For some reason i cant delete messages on xbox or send them. When i try to send them it says "message didnt send". I can delete them by going on the web but still cannot send them. Im not communication banned or anything. I can send invites np, only one
    account is affected.

    I can receive messages from other people, but when I get write of them it Says message cannot be sent it sends me back to the Xbox website and I didn't follow all the steps and all that, but I still can't message no one

    You can not party chat with 360 users. You can send them text messages, but not voice messages. You also can not open voice messages received from a 360 user on the Xbox One.

    I miss receiving "rap battle" voice messages requests from complete strangers. It would be nice to have voice messages on the Xbox One, but I can live with sending text messages. I send them at the end of games/rounds so it doesn't
