    I find it hard to believe that if there was a bug & you somehow were getting online without anyone having/sharing gold that support would just let it pass,they wouldn't just let you play for free.

    Something isn't right.

    Ok, I guess they could have told me that. I gave them a call explaining the problem/glitch, not much more I can do. I got an email with a case number I can refer to if something happens in the future.

    There is sharing set up, but 2 out of 2 users don't have Gold. So I don't see how that is possible.

    For a start support can't ban you but the enforcement team can.Support have nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so I wouldn't listen to that.

    Someone must have gold sharing features set up,thats the only way you'd be able to play online.

    I think the best thing you could do is contact support as they will probably be able to figure it out. For all we know, it could be some error giving you free Xbox live or something. How long have you had this? Maybe they gave you a free month and you didn't
    know.
