i can party chat with anyone but i can't message with anyone??? Help... i even did the phone verify!

does anyone else have the same issue??? My account is in good standing, never had party chat ban,

never had game ban and never had bad reputation. i can party chat with my friends and with theirs.

i just can not send messages to say hi or bye in the last few days... Please help if possible -Thank you

I can't send messages to anyone

I've fixed it, all i had to do is verify my account by phone.

I can't send messages on my new account and my new xbox S I've tried everything in the support forum

I can talk in party chat and even chat via text chat in party chat but I can't send messages to my friends individually I've tried everything in the xbox support forums and checked my account and everything is smooth please help!

That is what i was thinking but Xbox Support told me to delete my profile from the Xbox One & then redownload my profile.

They also thought it was odd that i could chat & not message or receive messages. i had no communication ban because if i

did i couldn't use the chat as they said. i reloaded my account onto my Xbox One & now it seemed to be fine for me. i want

You can log into the enforcement team website for that information. You can also submit a case review if the ban is eligible. http://enforcement.xbox.com/home
