I can only play xbox 360 games on my xbox one

Discus and support I can only play xbox 360 games on my xbox one in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi I would like to know why I can't play anyone of my Xbox one games when my Xbox 360 games have no probem to run .     Hi I would like to know why I can't play anyone of my Xbox one games when my Xbox 360 games have no probem to run . The problem appears maybe 2 hours ago when I left a fifa career game , it was impossible to get back to the menu . I try to run multiple
    games ( Dead Cells , Cuphead , Crash , Ori ... ) but they freeze during the loading menu . No problem with Skate 3 or Tekken 6 , if someone knows

    Hello, I'm considering getting an Xbox One to upgrade from the Xbox 360. I recently saw the announcement that Xbox 360 games can be played on the Xbox One, and that it is in the BETA version right now. I was wondering, if I play a game on Xbox One that's
    an Xbox 360 game (for example, an older Call of Duty game that came out for the Xbox 360 only), can I talk to my friends who are playing on an Xbox 360 console, who are playing the same game as me, can I go into game chat with them? Can I talk to my friends
    who are on an Xbox 360 while I'm on an Xbox One anyway? Thank you for time and answers. I can only play xbox 360 games on my xbox one :)

    Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand that you are having trouble launching Xbox One games to launch but Xbox 360 games do start up. I recommend you safely power the console down and then unplug it from the
    power source and wait about a minute or two. Then plug everything back in and try again. Let us know how it goes with a reply.

    Xbox 360 gamers can only play with other Xbox 360 gamers. Xbox One gamers can only play with other Xbox one Gamers. The only game I know that will have the ability is World of Tanks.

    If the game was released only on the Xbox One you will only be able to play it on the Xbox One family of devices.

    Wont be able to play Xbox One games on the 360.

    There is a library of 360 games which can be played on the xbox one via the backward compatibility.

    No. The Xbox One is not backwards compatible. Xbox 360 games can only be played on an Xbox 360.
