    i can only "play demo" in minecraft even though i have license


    so this all started when i installed curseforge to play rlcraft. i downloaded rlcraft through it and logged in my microsoft account but when i entered my password a new window opened named "Welcome to Xbox" and it was saying something like "welcome back, *random name here*". it really displayed some random username that inever used before. i thought it was strange so i just clikced "let's go" and continued in launcher but when i tryed to play game it was only saying "play demo" and "buy minecraft now" (something like this). i wont waster your time eplaining everything in detail, but i will just say that ive tried everything but all i could do is play demo mode. whats interesting about this is that when i opened (not logged in, but opened application) original minecraft launcher i could play normal minecraft and it had my username and my profile pic. then i tried to do much stuff but in the end i tried to log out and log in in original launcher and guess what? it changed my acoount and same thing happened! now every time i log in my minecraft account with this mail i can only play demo. please help i just want to play minecraft.

    What if I switched my email to another on my account and after I can play in demo only? Also at the bottom of launcher saying “We can’t connect to services”.

    Ok i belive you, but how can i fix this problem? I cant log in to my account with mojang login since they disabled it after you migrate. Should i buy a new license again or what? How can there be 2 accounts with same email and passwords? Also i never had a gamertag with xbox or i dont think so

    Already explained, i understand that everyone feels like they have the right account, believe when I say, everyone with a similar problem thinks "I'm using the right account"

    But the fact that you received a different gamertag and you don't have access to your content means you are not using the same account, as there's absolutely no way of generate a second gamertag with the same email

    i have the same issue i have changed my microsoft account ( i have already migrated my mojang account )
    i changed my microsoft account and now all i can do is play the Demo.

    i have sent an email to minecarft support, i went to a support page that lists that i have changed my email for my microsoft account but it does not actually tell me how to fix it.

    The fix most common is, if you are logging in for the first time after migration, you need to go back and login with Microsoft like the picture shows

    If you already did that confirm on the email that you have there the migration confirmation from Mojang if not, look among your different accounts for it
