    can i also write in german?

    its very hard to explain it in english, but i try it:

    i sent my elite controller to microsoft to repair it and i got back a standard one.

    the people in the call-center say, that is a lie and a normal controller arrived there.

    that is 4 month ago and i dont know what i can do.

    please help me

    Can not write messages

    I can not write any messages, i looked everything up and tryed everything what the support said but there is no problem with my account or anything like that. So i wonder what the problem could be....

    We recommend signing in a different Microsoft account and check if the same instance occurs. You may create a new one by clicking this
    link. Also, make sure that the country reflecting on the bottom part of the
    Xbox Support Contact us page matches your account's region.

    Further assistance? Do you really mean at least one of your replies was usefull? Or is it your ordinary way to waste customer's time doing absolutely NOTHING to help just waiting for him to get tired and leave?

    I asked my question TEN DAYS AGO! And still no reasonable answer!! Do you really pretend that you "assisted" me???
