    I CAN'T USE THE CODE FOR BEEN A NEW GOLD MEMBER

    HI,

    WHEN I PUT THE CODE THAT I BOUGHT TODAY (11/16/2013) The XBOX 360 INFORMATION SAID THAT CAN NOT USE THE CODE IN THIS REGION, I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE XBOX 360 IN UK AND LIVE IN UK.

    Xbox Live Code not working

    Today I bought a xbox live gold code on eba for 12 months. Today at nearly 3.p.m. there were connection problems on the website, i could not use the code, now there´s a message that the code is already activated / used. But i have no connection to xbox live.
    Can anybody help? The seller told me to contact the microsoft support.
