I can not type in game using my laptop anymore

Hi there,

I purchased a new laptop 3 days ago. One of the first things I did was download the xbox app to help me be more interactive on my game. The fact that I could use my laptop keyboard to communicate in game without having to use my controller was a HUGE plus. I linked my xbox to the app and had zero issues the first day. The next day I get on and sync up my laptop but it wouldn't bring up the text box when I started typing on my console. I made sure that the toggle switch was on in setting. I "forgot" my xbox device and reconnected it. I've undownloaded the app and redownloaded it. Nothing is working. I am incredibly frustrated and would like a solution for this please.

This is stil happening on my home laptop. My work one is fine hence this reply.

I don't even get the reply box at the bottom of the thread, which I'm using now to type this. Anymore ideas people?

Yes, streaming games. Did stream test and everything was/is ok. Xbox is wired, tried laptop on both 2.4G and 5G WIFI both work the same. Like I said I can start to stream (game) but if minimize app, close app, open something else or even use the keyboard
to type the video freezes and I can only unfreeze it by restarting my xbox but on my old laptop (HP notebook) the video never froze. The new laptop is a MSI.

Yes, I know PSO2 free. However, in 2021 the game got an update, which requires 10th generation processor to run due to use of "AVX instructions". My laptop can't run the game anymore; so I'd be able to play PSO2 in my laptop if it were streamed by Game Pass.

I have an older and very bad laptop where I don't have any issue with the Xbox Game bar.
This laptop is the Lenovo Legion Y520. It was for my brother and I was using it to play games, I haven't this issue. But now we added my account on it and removed a lot of his stuff and recording with Xbox Game bar isn't working anymore.
