    If the e-mail does not exist, I would recommend getting in touch with our
    Phone Support     team. They'll be best equipped to look into your account with you and work on sorting things out. Please try to have as much information you used to create the account as you can.

    I can not sign in to my account

    When i created my Xbox live profile i entered the wrong email address. I have only recently discovered that i did that and now i can't sign into Xbox live. The email account that i used does not exist and i have tried to change my account information with
    no success. I have been able to change where my Xbox live account was saved and it worked for a while, but now that doesn't even work.

    Would you please provide us with further details about the issue. Are you facing any error codes/ messages when trying to log in to your account? The split screen feature does not work on all games or only one specific game?
