    I can not sign-in to my paid Minecraft.


    When I sign-in with my personal account I get a message stating that it was locked.
    The unlock procedure ask me for a cell number to send me a message; I gave several and in all cases y got the Oops pop-up with a link for trying another verification methods but clicking on it sent me back to the first step on the Microsoft sign-in helper, and the process repeats itself.

    I have already tried using different networks, different computers, different phone numbers and waiting several days between tries.
    I even created a new personal l account to contact support and it was locked too within the same day.

    Hi I have the exact same problem where my Xbox account name says one thing and says I have paid for Minecraft but when I click on th manage profile button it takes me to a different Minecraft account where is says that I do not have Minecraft java edition and so can't play it. The only reason I was able to play on that pc was because it automatically signed me in when I sign in on another device using the email address used for my Minecraft account it takes me to the profile without Minecraft on it.

    Minecraft will not install using Microsoft Store or the Xbox app.

    Hey there thanks for the reply. Surely I don't need to sign into Xbox services to play Minecraft?

    Like I say I paid for Minecraft and have played it before on the same windows desktop I have now.

    When I download the launcher through the Minecraft website it directs me to the Microsoft store and it's there where I get an error.

    There has to be some work around.

    Hi Darhyl... it is the correct account... I've paid it for years. Had this happen once before and I had to cancel and restart it!

    HOW do I contact someone at Microsoft? I sign into my Microsoft account and I'm completely frustrated trying to find how to contact someone about the Minecraft Realm.
