    I can not send messages to my friends and I recently did the account when I try to send the message says that I can not send messages due to my previous behavior and I do not understand because that if I just created the account how can I solve that problem

    Message sending over xbox.com is horrible!

    I have recently attempted to send messages to my friends over XBOX.COM as it is the easiest way to select all and send message all friends. I have noticed that they have changed the layout. I do not mind it that much as it does look newer and nicer. My issue
    is the fact that I can only send messages up to 32 people at a time!
    I used to be able to send messages to 100 people and now it's 32?!

    Another problem is that when I try to send the messages to my 32 selected contacts, it comes up saying "Unable to send message. Please try again later",
    which is quite annoying.

    I do not like sending message to all my friends over console as it is very time consuming selecting all my friends and having to write it out slowly. Why did they change the message system to be worse? Why am I unable to send messages? Some help would be
    appreciated.

    New Messaging system needs fixed - problems sending messages to friends

    Recently from my account I could send a message to ALL of my friends. Then xbox.com updated the page and it says I can only send to 32 friends at a time. WHY?

    When I'm selecting my friends out of a list, there's a **select all** button.

    Why is there a "select all" button if I can send the message to ALL my friends (116 friends) ???

    I'm confused. Furthermore, I cannot send to 32 friends, however if 20 or less are selected the message will send. Please fix this issue.

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this difficulty.

    If you don't mind me asking, are you trying to send messages on the Xbox app or through the console?

    For either scenario, it's best for you to start off with the steps outlined on our support page entitled

    Why can't I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox app?

    When you get a chance, give those steps a try and let us know if that helped you out.

    Alternatively, if it persists, let us know how you're sending them so that we could maybe get to the bottom of what's going on.

    Sorry to hear that you're unable to send messages. Let's have you power cycle your Xbox One if you haven't already first.
    It might also be necessary to reset your router/modem as well.
