I can not see games with gold "folder" in xbox menu

Hello,

I have Xbox live gold membership (bought approximately in march 2014) and during summer holidays (from June to today) I can not see games with gold "folder" in xbox menu so I can not download games.... can you help me?

I can not enter the game

when I enter the game, is not only synchronizing and enter.
appears the message will end soon and return to main menu.
I live without the gold would be why I can not access?

Otherwise it would not have put the 'Hide' command onto the Xbox360 folder.

The files are not hidden by default, so even if you have the folder hidden just type in X:\Xbox360 and you'll see them (where X is the letter of the USB drive.)

Try going to browse games and it should be listed there. The ads on the dashboard can change everytime you turn it on so it may not always be shown on the main screen. You can also just do a search for the games and download them that way. You don't have
to go through the ad or you can get them through the website. If you need to see which games are free, you can see them here -

Is it trying to install on WindowsApp folder? Can you check it for me please?

Can you rename the folder to WindowsApp.Old and try to install it again?

Also, please check if the WindowsApp is also the default folder for Microsoft Store:

Click on the search bar and type in “Settings.”

From the search results, select the Settings

Select System from the menu.

In the menu on the left, select Storage.

Now, under More storage settings, click Change where new content is saved.

See if the WindowsApp folder is the default.

Try it and see if it works. If this still doesn't work, I think there's no other options to try unless formatting your drive or Install a new OS on a new drive

most if not all windows/xbox app games install to windowsapp folder, this is encrypted, if you took ownership or messed with the files then you have broken the encryption and will need to delete the folders and redownload the game. you can't just move windows games into different folders, you can move them to another drive via the apps and programs menu but they have to reside in the windows app folder that is created by the system.

my only response to that would be thru the web I know that's not maybe what you wanna hear but on the web xbox.com and you can hover over the xbox live gold and then the drop down menu you can see sales & specials or games with gold.

So going to games & app manager, taking View button(or menu and manage game) - you should see updates for it if any?

If it's called Ready to install-folder there.

Don't remember all the settings for games, but system update can be manual or automatic.
