    I tried to return the funds for the first time and almost got it, but I accidentally closed the chat window with support the second time I could not and I was told to contact the bank. what if you have a kiwi wallet?

    If you purchased it digitally you would need to try contacting support and speak to billing, but keep in mind that the store does state that there are no refunds. So there is no guarantee they will give one. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Indeed, A purchase can use dual payment (unlike with MS points) A purchase through the console will ask if you want to use the balance on file to supplement the payment already.

    In order to do a split payment, you have to start the payment with your credit card and it will ask if you want to use the remaining funds in your account first. Keep in mind though, that not everything can be purchased using a split payment method so there
    is a chance your card could be charged for the entire amount.
