I can not retrieve my achievements

Discus and support I can not retrieve my achievements in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I ended up taking suspension and I lost all my achievements and I'm trying to get them back but the achievements I made I can not get back only the...     I can not retrieve my achievements


    1. I ended up taking suspension and I lost all my achievements and I'm trying to get them back but the achievements I made I can not get back only the ones I did not I'm releasing please help me

    I can not retrieve my achievements

    From what you said, it sounds like Enforcement may have reversed some of your achievements because they've detected that you've acquired them through cheating and/or glitching. When that happens, those achievements are removed and permanently locked.

    You will have to log on to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     and review any Enforcement actions on your account. If eligible, you may submit a case review as your appeal.

    The forums will be unable to assist with reversing Enforcement actions, as the Enforcement team does not post here.

    You can't file for a case review for Gamerscore resets.They are permanent & can't be reversed.

    You can never re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

    I am playing Assassin's creed 2 on my Xbox S and cannot retrieve my saved games from the cloud or console ?

    Can I just save to my xbox hard drive and not bother with the cloud in the future? However it would be good to retrieve what I have achieved this far.

    Hey hassassinade,

    I would of tried this already, but a lot of these achievements aren't showing up on my Xbox.com profile either, my worry being if I delete my console profile, my retrieved profile won't come with these achievements.
