I can not reset my email account | Não consigo recolocar minha conta de e-mail

Due to login issues I decided to remove my account and add it again, when I try to re-insert the email account on the Xbox One console, the message "Another user of this device uses this Microsoft account and therefore you can not add
it here "

I already checked and the account no longer appears on the device!

Devido a problemas de login decidi remover minha conta e adiciona-la novamente, ao tentar recolocar a conta de e-mail no console Xbox One, aparece a mensagem "Outro usuário deste dispositivo usa esta conta Microsoft e, por isso, você não pode adicioná-lo aqui"

Já verifiquei e a conta não aparece mais no aparelho!

Não me lembro do email de responsável que registrei em minha conta.

Gostaria de saber onde consigo visualizar o endereço de e-mail de responsável registrado em minha conta, pois tentei atualizar minha conta para Xbox Live Gold, e não consegui, pois pedia o endereço do responsável, e não me lembro qual dos emails de meu responsável
eu inseri no momento do registro de minha conta. Obrigado.

I have already done all the procedures, the account is no longer in the console, and even then the message:

This sounds like a very unique situation, but I feel it could be easily fixed by performing a

factory reset while keeping your games and apps.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.
