    Hi... I download a tekken and when I try to play it he ask me for a family password... I and my family don't acctivat this... how I can to change password or remove the password?

    If the console was already registered with the previous owner I do believe you're out of luck. I would take it back to where you purchased it and ask for a refund / exchange.



    I understand you purchased the console but those passcodes exist for a reason. What if someone stole the console? Would you want Microsoft to remove it so that the thief could use it?
