I can not remove a payment method

    XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    Can not remove a payment method?

    "If you do not want to add another payment method, please contact customer support to help you remove the payment method. Prepare your gamertag or account name Microsoft."

    So I can not add a payment method.

    Checked everything 10 times. I enter the data correctly, but the problem has not gone.

    Already 10 amounts to $ 1 frozen)

    Please delete my credit card, I'll try to add it again.

    A credit card cannot be removed from your account while you have a Gold membership. However, if you're replacing it with a different card because it's expiring then head to commerce.microsoft.com and add the new card there then set it as your Primary. From
    there you'll be able to remove the older card.

    No. Whatever remaining subscription time is left on the account will still be there. If there isnt any other payment options on thr account with auto renew the account will just renew to a silver membership once the remaining membership is gone

    Yes. You can't remove a payment method while you have an active subscription.
