Discus and support I can not register my controller ... (did not recognize my SN) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hello, I can not register my joystick for warranty.     I can not register my joystick for warranty. The serial number is not recognized, but it's the right one ...

    Xbox 360 controller analog sticks seems 'pushed in'

    where can i register the xbox controller it wont accept the sn cuz its not a xbox 360 one?

    The RB broker after 3 months

    First ,I can't register the controller (i dont own a X1) and i get a SN not correct error.

    Second, just got my controller back from warranty and its in a worse shape then before. I don't know what they did, but now the controller has new movable parts and it looks like it fought a war...

    Hey Jeandu17,

    Do you still have the box the Xbox One controller came in on hand? If you do, the S/N should be printed at the bottom of the box. Alternatively, if you remove the battery pack from the back of your Xbox One controller the S/N will be printed on the bottom
    of the barcode located under the battery pack. If you haven't already, try entering the number located inside the Xbox One controller itself on our
    Online Service Center to see if that works.

    If you continue to run into errors registering your Xbox One controller online, the next best step will be reaching out to our chat support team for further assistance through our

    Hey there

    I think i know the issue if your trying too register the controller and the controller SN on the back it wont work has this isnt what you need too do.

    You need too enter the SN of the xbox console NOT the controller. You can find this in settings under system info. Once the CONSOLE is registered you can then choose a repair then choose accessories and then enter the SN of the Controller you have. If it
    was purachsed in the last 3 months it should work for you. If not you need too reach out too support that would be the only other option. ISupport is open so i not sure what your seeing it maybe that phone support is closed in your region but chat is 24/7.

    Bought it around 2 years ago haven't used it much. I tried to register the controller number, it gave me "We did not recognize this serial number

    Check the serial number, then try logging in again..." I asked MS support agents about it, they told me that the controller is not supported anymore. I gave one agent the number they tried to register it to my account they couldn't.
