    I can not redeem my code


    hello, they brought me gift from miami one gold card with 12 months membership to Xbox Live and when wanting to redeem the code I always bounces back, tells me that the activation can take 24 hours or contact the seller and as I am in Argentina I have
    no way to contact and apart donot where bought .

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    I have the same problem. When I try to redeem my 12 month code it just says that an error occured with XBL and that the code can not be redeemed...

    You can redeem it on your Xbox (Redeem code) section or on the xbox.com website; My Xbox > Redeem Code - Which is alot faster.
