Discus and support I can not redeem codes of previous games of Gears of War in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I can not redeem codes that gears of war 1 and 3, I make an error and tells me that something went wrong, I've tried to redeem from the console, cell...     I can not redeem codes of previous games of Gears of War


    I can not redeem codes that gears of war 1 and 3, I make an error and tells me that something went wrong, I've tried to redeem from the console, cell and from my computer.

    Can't redeem a code

    I bought gears of war 4 and it included the 4 previous games from the 360. I can only redeem the codes of gears 2 and gears Judgment and can't redeem those of gears 3 and gears 1

    Hi,

    I bought Gears of War 4. Then I received code to redeem previous versions of Gears Of War. Unfortunately I'm not able to redeem Gears of War 1, 3 and Judgment. Gears of War 2 is working fine.

    I received following error code:

    XBOS-3012

    ef7e87d7-7d8f-4f14-83b8-d64b93be20b0

    I tried redeem it from webside or on xbox one console.

    ok does your account region found on commerce.microsoft.com match your actual region?

    If not that would be why

    For.those two games specifically your account region must reflect your actual region

    If you live in an xbox live region but have a mismatched region you must make it match

    Under my account and change my region

    And its not the locale of the website that affects it

    Also your console region must be chsnged

    If you live in Japan china or any non xbox live regions it won't work

    By purchasing Gears of War 4 you are eligible to receive codes for the previous Gears of War titles, the season pass is a separate purchase for this. In the future please make sure not to post your codes here on the forums, as this is a public place and anyone
    would be able to redeem your posted codes.

    Gears of War 4

    on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.
