I can not redeem a prepaid code, always appears the message: Something went wrong, sorry about ...

what should I do, call the
call center could not help me.

In early October I realized I no longer appeared
in my signature gold system.
I called the call center and
the attendant canceled my subscription and sent me
a code 3 months for xbox live
but I can not redeem it,
I've tried every way possible and always gives that
same message:

Something went wrong. Sorry about that,
try again later.

What should I do to solve this problem?

I have no blocked subscriptions or something that might prevent me from using the code.

Have you tried to copy/paste the code into the website here? If not then perhaps you are accidentally mis-typing the code. If you are then you should contact phone support again to let them know the code is not working.

Sorry but as the code was supplied to you by phone support this makes it a billing issue. Billing issues can only be handled through phone support.

I'm afraid you'll need to call them again.

 

Maybe you could also hint the support the forums wont have additional help if THEY can not do anything - we can only assist on userlevel as we all are gamers here, the one on the phone is sitting at database for more assistance.

If you tried on xbox console - there should be an error code given that provides more details about what kind of problem is encountered. Maybe try on xbox.com if it wont work.

If you tried on xbox.com - try a different browser, a different machine (internet explorer on xbox console is possible) or a completly different internet connection (not wlan on your smartphone, but its internal internet connection).
