I can not receive or send email

I think this is a problem with Hotmail not an Xbox 🤔

You should contact an IT / Customer Service System.

Their might be maintenance / networking errors.

I searched Hotmail with Bing, I found these links to their content.

Ok can you send me some information on how to unsubscribe?? It’s ridiculous the amount of emails I receive.

I've send email to Gameloft support prior to refund request in hope they can fix it. However, after sending the email explaining the problem, I just received auto replied asking snapshot details. I did send to them all the snapshots however no respond at all. Seems only auto reply email exist from Gameloft, and no person that I can address to with the issue that I had.

That email domain (Xboxlivefamily.com) may not be receiving any emails however, your newly added alias with Microsoft email domain (@outlook.com) should be receiving emails. Please try to set this email account as primary alias. Try to check if you can send and receive emails using the new email domain by sending yourself a test email.
