    I can not reach Microsoft’s accounts group, I try changing my password it says there is a temporary problem with the service. I tried the comunity but they claim they have no access. I called18004myxbox, the auto message said to go to https://account.live.com.
    I go to talk to person “if you need assisted sopportfrom one of our advocates.... message with an xbox gamer or ask the comunity, please contact Paula#5111 asap please. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble logging into your Xbox App from your Android device. I recommend you try changing your password make sure its more than 6 characters but less than 16
    characters. Can you try signing in on a different android device possibly a friend or family members phone? Give it a try and let us know with a reply how it goes.
