    Was the purchase made on the Xbox store? If so, then I'd recommend logging into your Microsoft Account and clicking on Payments & Billing Options > Order History and reviewing that your order is listed there and that everything is in order, that it went
    through and there are no errors listed. If there are issues listed there, then you can click "Get order help" and it will show you the options to contact support that will best serve what you're looking for.

    I'm not sure how PUBG connects with your Xbox Live profile, but you might want to check that your PUBG account is tied with your Microsoft Account that made the purchase and see if there are resolution steps via PUBG for issues like this on their support
    channels.

    Hi, as the Ambassador says you can cancel the pre-order by contacting Xbox support, I would recommend you call them by phone.

    That seems a bit silly; the mission is to pre-order games so I missed the offer period because I pre-ordered too early? Can I cancel them and Pre-order again?

    I assume this means I shouldn't pre-order games ever again in case this happens again.
