    I can not play the expansions of the game Dead Rising 3


    When I realized buying the game Dead Rising 3 in the marketplace was my region (USA), so I changed the language to perform xboxone purchasing the season pass, everything worked correctly played normally, and would like to play the game online then bought
    a live gold subscription, but my account has not been converted to gold subscriber, so I went on the site and realized the change from region to live (BRAZIL), and I can play all my games I bought in live (USA) but not I can play the expansions of the game
    Dead Rising 3, I already excludes expansions and tried downloading again but now says it is not possible to complete the download at 100%.

    MS and Games?

    I have a (not so) grand total of 4 retail (disc) and 3 downloadable games. (Titanfall, Dead Rising 3, Battlefield 4, Forza 5; Killer Instinct, KSR Preseason, Peggle 2)

    Of those:

    5 do not have an Xbox 360 version as of yet. (KI, KSRP, Peggle 2, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5)

    5 do not have a PC version as of yet. (KI, KSRP, Peggle 2, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5)

    6 cannot be played on PS4 as of yet. (KI, KSRP, Peggle 2, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Titanfall)

    5 are completely Xbox Exclusive at the moment. (KI, KSRP, Peggle 2, Dead Rising 3, Forza 5)

    The "as of yet" and "at the moment" are for Peggle 2 and no other game.

    They are all excellent excepting Battlefield 4, but I don't really play KI and I rarely play KSRP.

    Can't hear characters talk

    I just bought Dead Rising 3 and all the audio in the game plays fine except for characters talking. Forza 5 and Assassins Creed IV play character dialogue just fine, Dead Rising 3 will not. Was feeling great about my launch day purchase but now I'm starting
    to feel my console might have a defect. Has anyone else experienced this problem or maybe have a solution to allow me to hear characters talk in dead rising 3 so I can play it?
