What happens is that I pay my gold account but I can not play online, do I appear to be paid again, does anyone know what happens?

Hi, I have a problem

I bought a gold subscription, but now I can not play anymore because it appears to me that I need a gold subscription to play, but if I already have it in "my subscriptions" my gold expires until December 24, 2018

Check the status of your gold membership or if you have been suspended. Do you get any error code when you try to play online?

I would suggest trying a power cycle. You can perform this by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off and then unplugging the power cord for 10 seconds. Once that is done plug it in and fire it up, hopefully that solves the problem.

They are acting like it's an unfortunate accident, except the exact same thing happened last week at the same time during the day. If it's planned we need a warning. I spend too much money for this crap. And the event in my game ends at 1pm and won't happen
again for 2 months.
